The past few days with the storms and rains blowing through the valley the fishing has picked up significantly. With the short rains have bin producing green and grey Drakes especially in the evenings, Also we are starting to see light cahills and PMD's in the late evenings fishing best just before dark. Underneth the water we are seeing alot of caddis pupa and the ocassionally ones emerging so Emerger patterns such as the X caddis have bin fishing well in the riffels or skittering a goddards on top. The rummor is that the ants are starting to come out as it warms up through out the day as well as other terrestrials. It is looking like the weather is going to start warming up the next few days so we are looking forward to some good hatches.
